Similar to the community integration and involvement, Blossomingone Supportive Services Inc. also facilitates the engagement in activities specific to culture.  We believe that maintaining a connection to the culture and the community serves to strengthen an individual’s identity, sense of belonging and to engage in cultural activities not generally found in urban communities.

Again, this is an established part of the program if applicable to the needs of the individual in our program. Blossomingone Supportive Services Inc. believes that self-esteem, purpose, and a sense of belonging come from being active in employment, day programming, and otherwise being a member of the community. Involvement in these endeavors can be facilitated to ensure that the client’s development is supported while providing opportunities to expand current skill sets.
